Within “the world of quality” the term Six Sigma is common practice. As a company it is a must that you know what Six Sigma is, what it is all about and whether it can be something useful for your organization.
That is exactly the intention of this workshop: to provide insights to managers and directors in what Six Sigma is, what the benefits can be for your company and how you can implement it in a sensible way. Especially the organizational and management aspects of a Six Sigma program will be discussed, and extra attention will be paid to project selection and follow-up.
Also the integration with lean, always a critical point, will be part of the workshop.

Willy Vandenbrande is the founder and President of QS Consult, a European consulting agency that assists organizations in various aspects of Quality Management. With its head office in Bruges, Belgium, Willy founded QS Consult in 1995 to help organizations in the implementation of Quality Systems according to the ISO 9000 standards series as well as QS 9000 and ISO TS 16949. Competencies include implementation of management systems, statistical techniques, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
