ISO 9001:2015 was published on September 23, 2015. Mayor changes in comparison with the earlier ISO 9001 standard versions are that the ISO 9001:2015 is drafted following the High Level Structure (HLS) and that the standard focusses more on the new Key Elements organizational context analysis, Stakeholder and Risk Management

Organizations who currently work following the ISO 9001:2008 standard will need to adjust their Quality Management System in the upcoming years. When conduction internal and external audits, you will have to take the changed requirements into account.

Ilse Gilio kan als senior consultant voor Allanta rekenen op haar jarenlange ervaring op het gebied van kwaliteitsmanagement, process management, change management, interne audits, begeleiden van externe audits, verbeterprojecten en het optimaliseren van kwaliteitsdocumentatie. Deze kennis en ervaring deed ze op tijdens verschillende projecten in de automobielsector (ISO/TS 16949) en andere productieomgevingen (ISO 9001).

Ilse vervulde al in verschillende bedrijven de rol van Quality Assurance Manager. Hierdoor weet ze als team manager zeer goed hoe ze een organisatie en kwaliteitsteam begeleidt terwijl ze de kwaliteitsmanagementprojecten waarvoor ze wordt ingezet tot een goed einde brengt. 

Momenteel legt Ilse binnen Allanta de focus op projecten binnen de medische hulpmiddelenindustrie. Voor Brightlands, de incubator in Geleen (NL), treedt ze op als mentor en begeleidt ze start-ups m.b.t. productontwikkeling, productvalidatie, risico-analyses en het opzetten van het ISO 9001, ISO 13485 of ISO/TS 16949 managementsysteem.
